I placed an order on March 26th and STILL have not received the items over 3 months later! I have asked for them to do the right thing and issue a refund but of course that hasn't happened. This company is horrible! You can't blame COVID-19 for not delivering product over 3 MONTHS later. They only reply with either automated responses or what is clearly a general template full of excuses. In my opinion it's theft!

I have ordered some masks and filters on 31 Jan 2020, but I haven’t received the products! So, I have sent an email on 4 May to check the status of parcel and requested to have refund, but they just sent me an auto reply which just gave me a reference number to wait their reply, the ticket number is 4XXX. Until today, I haven’t received any response from them even the status of parcel or refund. So, I sent an email to them again today for request my refund again as I really waited a long time for my order. They still just sent me an auto reply email again which the content same as the previous one, just the ticket number changed to 6XXX! Actually they have no feedback to me, just sent me auto replies, they took my money, no products send to me, no feedback, requested refund but no response, make me have bad feeling to this company, so disappointed and sad!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered masks on April 4th. Its now June 23rd. I still have yet to receive them. Called my bank filed for a refund. My bank gave my my money back 2 weeks ago. Now all of peekwise wants to contact me via email threatening to get law enforcement on me for my bank charging them back $25. They say my package was delivered on the 16th of July. Well thats great and all but it wasn't delivered to me or my house. I still don't have my order. Instead of helping me with locating my package or sending me a new one or offering a refund for goods never received they want to threaten me. Lol this company is a joke and refuses to help me. So yes my bank is charging them back because the fact that it was delivered somewhere over the past 3 months does not change the fact that I still never received my package. My bank charged Peekwise back $25 because they have proof from the USPS, myself and every email I had received from this company, that I for a fact never received my order. Now it easily could have been delivered but it wasn't deliver d to me. So, yes my bank refunded my money to me and charged them for the hassle. This is all over $37. I have received threatening email up to even yesterday November 24th. They threaten to call the cops, take me to court. But what they do not realize is I and my bank have all these emails and I have been told by authorities that this company has no grounds of legal action because the police will not report anyone for $37, plus I have been informed by them that if Peekwise does not stop harrassing through my emails for an Item I never received that I should actually file an harrassment charge against them. Not to mention this is a desperate attempt to get out of paying my bank the $25 chargback for me not receiving the item. Remember I ordered this Item in April. The bank closed the fraud case over 3 months ago, and I still get threatening emails. So again this company is fraudulent and do not order. Buyer beware.

I placed an order on April 1 for myself and a second order on April 3 being shipped to my mother. On April 7th my first order was shipped. By April 17 2nd order still hadn't shipped, I emailed asking when it would be shipped and said I understood everything was delayed due to COVID19.. they canceled my order without asking me? I got upset and told them I didn't ask for that and was basically told they wouldn't do anything to reverse it. Fast forward to May 6, my "shipped" order hasn't moved since April 12 on the tracking page, so I ask for the order to be canceled because I live in a city where masks are required, so obviously if these ever arrive I already purchased a bunch to use and these would be irrelevant. Now they say per their terms they can't cancel the order, but if I have to be understanding about delays, which I am, and about my order being canceled against my wishes, they can't be understanding about being screwed out of $80 with no masks and no estimated arrival? Seriously untrustworthy.
I placed an order with this company almost 20 days ago and emailed a couple times and have not heard back. No shipping confirmation, no tracking number to date. Placed an order for $110 worth of masks and filters and basically considering filing a credit card dispute if I get no further information. Too many companies nowadays happy to take people's money but then provide no support / service. Unfortunate and just sad.

My first purchase I bought on Jan 4 and received Jan 15. My second order was placed on Mar 8 and it was delivered on April 13 with a free gift, which was much appreciated. Customer support is always kind and helpful.

It's already 4 months since I ordered my item, didn't receive any of it, and they were saying that they will proceed the refund: didn't do it.
Thank goodness that I order via Paypal which I lodge the refund claim through Paypal and Paypal approved me.
I will never buy a single thing in this company ever again.

First ever received an email from them since I received an order confirmation on 02/02/2020.
Apparently, they are saying that the parcel is in transit. Therefore, I will not delete this review until either full refund is completely processed or parcel arrives.

I have ordered on 2 Feb 2020, haven’t received any parcel, notification nor reply from peekwise.
Company’s facebook disappeared, I have send an email on 20 Feb 2020, I left my contact detail on their website contact us section several times, however no response at all.
I even have a screenshot of my email that states out the date (20 Feb 2020)
They are such irresponsible, unresponsive and still selling the same item and saying the time will take upto 4 weeks.
I have ordered even before the travel restrictions began or flight shortage.
If you guys are going to saying that it’s in transit, I want the proof.
I want the parcel tracking number or any other sort of proof that you actually sent those items.
Also, if you haven’t sent them, I want a full refund.
I see the advertisement on facebook and purchased on 1st Feb 2020, but I don't receive any update from Peekwise until today I found all its website and facebook page disappeared.
I want to give no star but the system not allowed and pretty sure Peekwise can see my comment since they removed my message on their facebook page last week, not sure is there any other users suffering the same?

If you really have a problem on courier why don't you reply my email and comments? You keep silent until I put my comment here and ask me to feedback, how can I contact you? I send email to the the support address 2-3 times, leaves message using your websites tools 2 times, leave comment on Facebook but comment being removed in an hour, if all that are not you, I don’t know any other way to contact you except here.

Peekwise complain that my "third update " contain " defamatory statements", but I have provide the proof I have fully paid since 1st Feb, I can also provide the proof that peekwise said that will refund me after 60 days if trustpilot can provide a method, I can post here.
Most important, I do not receive the product and peekwise never try to contact me again but close all the possible way to communicate at all.
Can Peekwise reply me which state is not true?
