Peer Hub taught me my value as a LX worker

I've had a fantastic time attending Peer Hub's lived experience peer support group. It's been a breath of fresh air as a newly employed lived experience worker to find an organisation that has normalised my perspective on things. I felt very isolated before being the only staff member with lived experience in my workplace, but being connected to Peer Hub has really helped me to navigate those specific challenges I face on a daily basis.
