Excellent Service
We've been using our Lomi composter for years, but it recently broke. When I reached out for support and assistance I was quickly answered by a knowledgeable, kind representative. Cath helped me identify the problem with our Lomi, and offered multiple solutions for how to fix the issue. It's great to see a company that employs such an excellent and friendly support team; it's in wide contrast to most companies these days who would rather outsource, or force you down a long list of AI prompts before you're even able to speak to someone. I couldn't recommend Lomi more highly - our experiences with the product and the company have all been wonderful!

Great Customer Support!
I have an original Lomi and have love it from the start! Few months ago needed a new bucket, and customer support was right on it getting a new one out to me very fast. Composting resumed! Recently my machine was sticking on the drying cycle. The troubleshooting FAQ was fantastic! Unfortunately, it did not fix the issue as my fan has conked out. Again back to customer support, and they were right on it, and helped me get the new fan ordered. I can't wait to get it and process all of the potato peels! LOL!
Caring follow up
While I figured out my issue from the FAQ they sent to my off hour request, they still followed up after I told them it was solved. Told me they would have followed up in person.

The basket wasn't working and so I tried to log onto the site for help. Things go wrong...the site wouldn't take my receipt. But the online staff filed the claim for me and all is well. Great product, great people!

I did report that to the company in case they could recall the second shipment. They advised me to keep both orders and enjoy using them
