Great company and great service

I called Peledex in September 2025 and they were very friendly and helpful. Our problem was solved efficiently and I would recommend them.

James, who attended on behalf of Peledex, was polite and helpful. He explained what steps he was taking with regard to both the wasp and hornet nests which had established in two parts of our home. He then provided us with advice what should happen following the treatment and invited us to make contact if there were any further issues. The treatment worked and the issues with our unwanted guests were resolved.

James did a great job with getting rid of rats in the garden. He was friendly, efficient and knew exactly how to deal with the problem. He also gave good advice on how to keep my dog safe while the traps etc were in place. I would definitely contact him again if needed. Thank you!

Peledex recently removed a wasp nest for me. Every professional ,perfect job, excellent price.

We had a rat in our loft, we contacted Peledex and James came out the same day. He was extremely thorough in checking all round the outside of the house for entry points. He used various methods in the loft showing he has a huge amount of knowledge and caught the rat after the second visit. We contacted him and he came out the same day to remove it from our loft. We would thoroughly recommend James, as he is very polite and very knowledgeable and provides an excellent service. Thank you.
