I loved the handwash
I loved the handwash so invested in the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Not a success. The shower gel smelled gorgeous but had a faulty pump so I ended up pouring it out of the bottle. The very belated response from customer service came after the bottle was empty. I tried the shampoo and conditioner twice. It left my hair a sticky mess so the rest went down the drain. I still like the handwash though ...

Lovely buying experience. The products are really luxurious and ethical - a joy to use. Plus you get personal and speedy replies to emails which is a bonus (and unusual) for a small company to have the time to do that so it was much appreciated! Recommend.
