The web is tricky and when you think…

The web is tricky and when you think you are confirming your order, you are buying another thing that you can’t cancel.

Also the book arrived a little bent.

Dont fit in my bathtub is new i didnt use it,it was 93$ on this item,waste of money and they dont want to refund it

Not happy at all

I’m not happy with the customer service. When you do the purchase, and you have already introduce your credit card details, and paid for the order, they offer you another products with discount, and if you click to add it to your basket, they inmmediatly charge you at the card, and they don’t allow you to go back or cancel the new order. I sent an email at the same moment I realize they charge me the second product, and they just answer saying it’s not possible to cancel the order. They just charge it, and say they can not do anyrhing, the only solution is to wait for the order and then send it back to Dubai paying by yourself the shippment expenses. I think this is a way to cheat the customer and not sure if it’s even legal to charge extra products after introduce payment details. Not happy at all with my first and last purcharse.

Excellent product

I love the clear shower head as it let’s me exactly what goes through the filter. The filter itself it’s great, I love how you can gradually see it change over time so you never get stuck with it when it reaches its final stages. Thanks to this purchase I was able to realize how disgusting my water was and I talked to my landlord about it. There was a problem with a hose that was creating some black residue which I was rinsing myself with every day! I think about it and my skin still crawls.. Anyway it got fixed I switched to a new replacement filter and now it just gets rid of the hardness in the water. Thank you Pelilargas!

Baja calidad y mal servicio/ Low quality and poor service

Compre el filtro con los recambios para un año.
Al de un mes el filtro se rompió, se rajo una de las roscas para cambiar los recambios y el agua salía por ahi.
Les escribí para decírselo, pero como ya había pasado un mes no me dieron ninguna solución, ni contestaron a mi segundo mensaje.

I bought the filter with the spare parts for one year.
After a month the filter broke, one of the parts you use to change the refills was cut and the water was coming out from there.
I wrote to them, but since a month had already passed, they did not give me any solution, no even answer on my second message.

6 months until it finally arrived

i bought the book in november and i received it in april. when i asked if they could give me my money back they wouldn’t, so i had to wait 6 months until it finally arrived. the product is fine but the rest was ridiculous. my daughter sent her a message per instagram complaining and she saw it but never answered so I had to send her another message explaining the situation. I’m really disappointed.

Bad Customer Service

I bought new “Pelilarga” book on 3rd Dec. I had to receive it in mainland Spain before 26th December that I leave. It is a gift I wanted to give my daughter on 6th January. I have contacted the company several times to ask them to urgently send me the book so I could receive it before I leave mainland Spain… but they haven’t done anything to help me.
I have no doubt the book will be great, but Customer Service do not work correctly.
