The wrong shoe
I ordered a shoe with soft alligator, Pelleline sent a shoe with soft crocodile.
I do realize that I could have returned the order, instead I kept the shoes.

If you know the difference in characteristic of Alligator and Crocodile skin, Alligator has smaller more symmetrical scales than crocodile which is how the loafer Massimo is. I'm sure the fact that is comfortable loafer with a beautiful skin in a very discounted price was the reason you kept the shoes and the fact that you took advantage of afterpay and paid over time for your purchase and receiving it in couple days should have had added more stars to this review.

mismatched shoes
These shoes were cheap at the last sale, but the left one is much smaller than the right one, so you can't wear them at all.
I paid an extra fee and asked for an exchange of another pair of shoes, but it was rejected.
This was definitely a defective product.
