Great website and service.
Ordered over the phone, Staff are polite and very helpful. I always look for video's on the web of what I want to purchase so that I know what to expect. Delivered over the weekend hassle free, easy to track and delivery drivers were also very polite. This is my third time ordering and would definitely use again, lots of pew pews to choose from great website.

I have used the Pellpax delivery service a few times and have always been impressed. Customer service is excellent and delivery times are accurately forecast. I have used pallpex and the service is a 1000% I went on to their Web site and everything is laid out clearly and is easy to navigate around the web site and everything is clearly written and everything is explained within the page on how the particular pistol or rifle works ECT. Then you just click add to basket and it's done even explaining that the face to face fee is and the expected day your parcel will arrive and what ID is needed for proof of age/address.and it's also easy to pay as well by card

Fortunately this company is only about 15 miles from me so I can visit them to make purchases. The staff are excellent and extremely knowledgeable ,
I have purchased numerous pistols off them plus a Kral Puncher NP02 which is fantastic.
They also purchased an Air Arms 410 off me for a very reasonable price.
