SCAM!! TERRIBLE SERVICE- NO CONSEGNA

I bought a transportino for my cats ten days ago because I needed it before going on vacation. They still haven't given it to the courier. they are not answering my msgs.
I am so angry that I have just a few days before vacation and still no answer.
TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE CONSEGNA!!
ACTUALLY NO CONSEGNA!
THEY ARE SCAM AGENCY!
Update: For sure they are doing scam. There is no agency like this. No phone no address. I will report them to Agenzia Entrate.
