Undelivered item made right!
I ordered the sofa bed for my new GD and it never arrived. I contacted them and they had pics of delivery and although the address was correct on the box, it clearly wasn't my house. They offered me a full refund or to resend. I asked to resend! The customer service was fantastic and didn't make me feel like I was pulling a scam. Unfortunately our mail and package delivery isn't consistent but they made it right! Love that and it will make me buy from them again for sure!

The representatives from pelsbarn really went above and beyond to provide the highest customer service. First I want to say that I love my dog car seat and so does my dog! Highest quality and she thinks she’s a queen! Then I want to explain that the usps lost an item that I wanted to exchange. We tracked it and it never got back to pelsbarn. I hassled with the usps for weeks to honor the insurance that was on the package. I got denied twice even though I sent all required documents! After explaining this to the representatives at pelsbarn, they were kind enough to refund my credit card despite never getting the item. Wow! So impressive and unexpected! Can’t say enough positive things about Pelsbarn! Thank you!

They were quick with delivery. Product was as expected, maybe better. My dog LOVES this and is so much more at ease and less anxious during car rides! My only question is how or if it will work in the summer given the faux fur...and my dog is black. It may not affect him, but not sure yet. Otherwise, I LOVE this!

Your question about using the faux fur during the summer, especially with a black dog, is a very valid one. While the faux fur is designed to be breathable and comforting rather than heavy or trapping heat, every dog is different, and factors like coat color, sensitivity to heat, and outside temperatures do play a role. Many customers use the seat year-round by simply adjusting the environment: keeping the car well ventilated or air-conditioned, parking in the shade, and allowing the dog to move or stretch during longer trips.
Some pet parents also choose to rotate with a cooling mat or the cooling car bed, which can be a great option if you notice your dog running warm. The most important thing is exactly what you’re already doing, paying attention to your dog’s comfort and adjusting as needed.

I ordered 2 of the orthopedic beds. I received only 1 bed and the one I received did not look like the one on the order form. Spoke to a rep and the answer she gave about the beds not looking the same did not make sense. In any event they will send me the second bed.
In response to more information about my review --- the rep said that the orthopedic beds did not look the same because the larger beds were flatter with a lower bolster around. There is nothing in your ad that indicates this is so. I would recommend additional photos that show each size -- then it would be easier to decide which bed to get. Currently the information on your website is somewhat misleading.

I wanted to write a review for my recent purchase. I purchased 2 Luxurious Sofa Beds. I have to say I was a little unsure when considering because I wondered if the item would be worth the cost of it knowing that these days that does not typically line up.
I received the beds and right from the moment of opening the expertly packed package my 2 boys (fur babies) went crazy. It was everything and more of what I could have imagined. The website states these promises:

All of these promises are exactly true but they have forgotten to put on their website these as well.

Beautiful appearance

This purchase was the best purchase I have ever made for my babies. I would highly recommend this company and what they stand for and do to everyone I speak with.

This rear seat car cover is just fantastic. It fits beautifully and the faux fur is so soft. It dont have to worry about my German Shepherd slipping off the rear seat, due to the hammock type platform with a solid bottom. Its also really attractive, an added bonus. The zip panel between the area that goes to the front seat is very convenient, as well. We got a freebie blankie with our order which she absolutely LOVES! She always lays on it, even though its a bit small for her. She loves it so much she brings her lambie to lay with her on it, and it was beyond hilarious when wanted to go outside, yet tucked in her lambie in the blanket, before she went out.

I have emailed no less than 15 times, made approx 10 phone calls and numerous social media posts to no avail. No postage labels have been sent to me so that I could exchange for the correct size dog beds, no apology and no refund yet.
