We had CCTV installed. We have been trying every day for 4 weeks to get help with our failed system. No response to emails and phone-calls x 20. This is not the first time. We even visited their office ... zero response. A dead end.

In desperation we have asked another company to help.

Good installation. Rubbish support. Appalling.

Jon was very knowledgeable about the best solution for my needs, and explained everything clearly. A date for installation was scheduled straight away, and they arrived exactly on time. The work was carried out with great diligence – neat, tidy, and with a fantastic internet solution that’s completely hidden from view. You wouldn’t even know it was there! The price was very reasonable, and the result is far better than trying to tackle it yourself. Pembrokeshire PC were professional and efficient from the offset. From first call to installation was less than a week. He came out in the morning and we had 3 cameras and a 2TB recorder all installed before lunchtime. The installer Jon was very knowledgeable and was able to advise regarding a play area and blocked it off from the field of view. He explained the equipment and insured we were both able to access the footage from our phones before he left the property. Very fairly price and all equipment covered by a 2 year guarantee. We are very pleased with the service we received and have even recommended Pembrokeshire PC to the neighbours.

Pembrokeshire PC provided me with a 4G connection to allow me to work remotely in a very rural area.

They did great work and their communication and willingness to go the extra mile is excellent. This involves amazing aftercare - any issues (network not the installed equipment) or queries have resulted in quick responses or rapid presence on site.

They make promises they don't keep. Then they ignore your e mails and calls. What more is there to say ?

Very good service and problem free installation/upgrade from BT to mobile enabled.
