Pencil has terrible UX/UI. The AI designer keeps messing up my design and then trying to charge extra to fix their mistakes. The platform doesn’t support a lot of common design themes. Really disappointing. I paid yesterday but will be canceling after the first month.
extremely disappointed... I gave them a try, not sure if it would work and it's NOT CHEAP. and when it didn't do what I wanted, I reached out to "customer service" and they told me that they wouldn't help and NO Refunds even though it's only day 2!
