I’m updating a previous review to reflect the customer service experience I had with this company. My order was not delivered due to an internal issue. I put my review out noting that it did not arrive. Brian immediately responded and is sending my order to me. This is awesome customer service. He offered to adjust or send my money back. I am excitedly anticipating the arrival of my order so I can provide a full review. It’s nice to see a company respond so quickly.

The imprinting was terrific
The imprinting was terrific. They showed you a preview before they did the work which is nice. And when the pencils actually arrived they were even better than hoped for. I was very impressed and excited. They arrived quickly, too. I highly recommend them.
