If there was minus this Company would get it. Purchases my item, paid in good faith. Didnt receive so after 4 weeks I contacted then and they responded that they were busy. Then 2 weeks later I receive the item but in the wrong colour! Dont touch them with a barge pole

The items came and were poor quality, stiff scratchy shapeless material. I would never wear them but you are put through hoops to get refund information and still hasn’t come. So I’m left with dresses I’d never wear.

atrocious service - wrong dress sent and agreed on a refund way below the actual dress cost as it was back and forth on emails and honestly was sick of emailing and bartering and it would cost more than the dress cost to send it back - still waiting for the refund 4 weeks later and still emailing them - DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Awful experience. Please don't waste your money.
Received and order and the items where not what I ordered. Not even similar. I contacted to ask for a return label and refund and after 24 hours received a first email saying to keep the item and they will give me a 10% refund. I am 5 emails in and they have offered 40% refund and say that the items do have a value and I should accept it. After investigation I have learned that they are scammers and have no intention of refunding me. That £30 that I may as well of burnt.

I only rated this 1 star because no stars was not an option , this is terrible company I ordered a dress and it never arrived so I requested my money back I have been waiting 3 months now and all they say is it takes 5 to 10 working days to prosess the refund , 3 months later still no refund , avoid this company at all costs it should not be allowed to trade

I'd give zero stars if I could.
This company is using the videos of another reputable trader called No Angel. So when you order you think you've purchased the garment from No Angel and it will be good quality etc.
But instead you've been diverted to Pendany.
1. The goods take weeks to arrive and thats with repeated reminders
2. The dress was an absolute joke, fabric not as advertised, stitching around neck wonky, just cheap and nasty all round and a huge fire hazard.
I emailed and gave feedback and asked for returns and refund policy.

Fobbed off with keep the dress and 5%, then 15% then 30% refund offers.

I've contacted Trading Standards and also applied for a Charge Back with my bank.

Pendany are hurting No Angel by using their videos and providing cheap copies and they are hurting consumers by withholding legitimate refunds

Do not buy from this company! I wish I could leave a review on there tiktok page to warn others. My item arrived after weeks of waiting - not too bad condition however, too long. After emailing for months regarding a refund I still haven't received one, just emails saying be patient or offering 5,10,15% refund!

Do not purchase from them, money paid item not received no refund received. Many emails sent back and forth and regarding refund but just get a reply saying be patient!

Sadly no option for Zero stars. After chasing constantly received a very poor quality dress, awful stitching and VERY large. DO NOT order from this company After reading other peoples reviews trying to get refunds am not going to bother,

Read the reviews, all factual took over 3 months and so many emails to chase down the delivery of 2 items. Escalated through my bank to have to wait another 6 weeks matter closed as delivered - yes 3 months late and shocking items badly made very poor quality with no communication or acknowledgement - AVOID!!

Avoid this company. 2 out of 5 items arrived after 6 weeks. Not as advertised. No way to get a refund or return. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Order a M got an XL with no return option and can't find an email address....gives online business a really bad name. The lady who's fronting this site on social media should be mortified...really annoyed as waited 4 weeks for this order.

I usually do not buy from companies like this without reading reviews first, I really wish I did in this case.
The items I received were nowhere near what was advertised. The material and the cut were completely different. I contacted the company for a full refund and returns address. Initially they offered a 10% refund which I declined. We are still going back and forth each time they have increased the offer by 10%; we are now at 30% which I declined. They seem to have now stopped communicating with me.
They even suggested I keep the items to save myself time and money!!
Please avoid this company at all costs!!
If I could post a review without any stars I would. I feel 1 star is over generous.

This company doesn’t even deserve this 1 star. Ordered an outfit wanted to return due to it being too small. I’ve been met with 5 separate emails each offering a 10% 20% and 30% refund instead and for me to give the clothes to someone else 😂 DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Emails are all in broken English too

Do not purchase from them it’s a scam, stuff doesn’t turn up, say they can’t find my address yet tracking says it’s in china complete scam

I ordered a dress for €40. After 4 weeks I received a dress which was nothing like the one I ordered. It was so cheaply made I wouldn’t have paid €5 for it. It was even a different colour. I tried it on anyway and gave myself a good laugh. Then it went straight into the bin.
My advise is to stay clear.

Ordered over £200 of clothing, nothing arrived after 2 weeks, kept emailing them, no response it’s now been 3 months with no order and no refund. SCAMMERS do not buy ANYTHING from this site, disgusting fraudsters!!!!
