I have switched to pendragon from using the hotel chocolat sachets and absolutely love it. The flakes work perfectly in the velvetisor. My husband and I love the more bitter hot chocolate and love the 75% Belgian style. Our young kids love the 53% Belgian and when I compared this against Cadbury, pendragon has a lot less sugar. Super happy and have just placed a big order to last me a while. Good quality, great price and excellent flavour.

I have brought chocolate flakes from this company in the past and had no issues whatsoever.
My latest order included mint flavour which has absolutely NO taste of mint.
I had to ask my partner to taste it in case it was just me not tasting it.
They too agreed it did not taste of anything at all except chocolate, least of all mint!
I contacted pendragon, and they replied to me that they had opened several bags of this flavour to check, and there were no problems with it. LOL.
They also advised that they were not responsible and that they are sorry this flavour was not to MY taste.
The problem is not that the mint flavour is not to my taste, the problem is that there is NO mint flavour!
It seems that judging by reviews left for pendragon drinks elsewhere, that this is their response to justify their shortcomings.
Blaming it on peoples' personal taste is NOT a reason to send out flavourless chocolate!
Chocolate are becoming more expensive and less tasty every order.
