Marco does such an amazing job refinishing irreplaceable parts. Very impressed and satisfied with the results on 3 bezels he restored for me. Well worth the price and shipping to Italy to have service completed.
Marco refinished the case of a very precious and rare watch for me, and I was genuinely blown away by the result. The quality of his work is simply extraordinary — without exaggeration, the finest polishing job one could obtain in Europe.
His attention to detail, respect for original lines and proportions, and mastery of finishing techniques place him miles ahead of anyone else I have encountered. The outcome surpassed, by far, anything I have ever seen returned directly from a manufacturer.

I had a Rolex GMT Master II Ref 16710 with a tormented case (middle part). Marco did a very good job, adding 'substance' to the side parts which have been polished away. The result is very much like the original case middle part.
Overall, I would consider sending watches to Pendulum again without hesitation!
This was the best restoration project I have ever seen. Marco was able to give my vintage Daytona's a new life and restored the case, bracelet and bezel to factory new. I am honestly still amazed at the level of craftsmanship and dedication that goes into his work and every time I look down at my watch it's a total joy.
