Really poor service. You literally wait ages for a subtle revision. Doesn't give you that in-house designer experience. They start your work and that work takes ages be it a simple logo iteration. Or if they come up with something within stipulated time, the work is substandard and really one could do a better job. There will always feel a disconnect with your brand and it's vision.

Penji gives me consistent, high-quality designs and saves me a great deal of time and hassle in the process. As a small independent publisher, I have hired graphic design help on Fiverr, Upwork, and Behance. I've gotten mixed results from those platforms, including some good designs. But the amount of time I've spent getting the good designs (and weeding out many bad ones), makes me reluctant to use those platforms. Communication with Penji is so easy compared to the hit-and-miss experience I have communicating with freelancers on other platforms. I don't have to vet designers with test projects, because Penji handles all that. The account managers, project managers and designers are all friendly, professional and responsive. They pay close attention to detail and are committed to making sure I'm happy with the designs. Using Penji is allowing me to scale production more easily and efficiently than I have been able to before. Penji is a very good value, especially when you factor in time savings and less stress. Highly recommend!

Really have enjoyed my experience with Penji so far. Some designs take a little more back and forth than I'd prefer, but with the different types of projects and brands I've thrown their way, I understand it takes time!! Even with the feedback loop, I've saved myself A TON of production work and have been able to focus on higher level projects.

I've been working with freelance designers for a long time and it's hard to find a good quality service at a decent price, but with Penji, look no further, here's a decent price for a good service. Also, when you're working on long-term projects, it takes time to align your vision with the designers, so it takes a lot of time to be on the same page with the designer, but with Penji it's way faster, the team makes adjustments quickly and the adaptation process is much smoother. I highly recommend it if you want to save some money and get good quality service!
