I visited the Penn Clinic in Hatfield…

I visited the Penn Clinic in Hatfield today and was treated by Vishal I cannot recommend this man enough , he is not only a brilliant ostiopath ( I’ve been to many over the years ) but a really decent human being
Today was the first time I had an appointment with him so I had never seen him before but as I was walking into the clinic I met these two men walking out , one was an elderly man and the other was helping him out and seemed concerned about his welfare
I went into the clinic as my appointment was for 11 am,the girl on reception who was also lovely said that Vishal was running late and would be with me ASAP
After about 20 minutes Vishal arrived in the front door and apologised over being late but explained he was concerned about the elderly gentleman I had seen him with as I was coming in , the man had not eaten for nearly two days and Vishal had left his practice to take him to get some food, this act of kindness restored my faith in in human nature and made me think what a different world it would be if there were lots of people like Vishal in it
He is also brilliant at his job and explained everything he was doing and asked lots of questions about my back problem I felt so much better leaving the clinic and will definitely be back for another appointment I would recommend him 100%
Thank you Vishal

Penn Clinic - great Osteopathic service

I recently had a fall which I managed to break before I hit the floor. But as a result I ended up with excruciating pain in my left leg, hip area and lower back particularly when lying down.
The GP prescribed pain killers and mentioned its likely to be a prolapsed disc. A subsequent scan diagnosed a prolapsed disc trapping a nerve. As I was so much pain and the painkillers were not working I decided to get help from the Penn Clinic. I had been to the clinic before for other pain related issues but never with this level of acute pain.
I saw Amit Vadher who is a great Osteopath with very friendly and approachable manner and thoroughly professional. Within a day of receiving treatment from Amit, the searing pain where I was literally screaming at times for the previous two weeks suddenly subsided. From a 10/10 pain level, I was down to about 5 or 6.
I am still in discomfort but I don't have to take those nasty NSAIDs all the time, the occasional Ibuprofen seems to keep the pain at a level now. Still having a few more sessions with Amit and I am sure I will be back to normal.

I should also mention the whole Penn Clinic experience is wonderful. The clinic is in a lovely building, very clean, plenty of parking and the reception staff are brilliant.

Relief however small is good. just returnead from a first…

I just returned from a first consultation and am so impressed. Lovely calming place, very clean. The staff were lovely and Amit the gentleman I saw was professional, so friendly and effective. I have been struggling since beginning of December after a fall with contínuos pain down my right side. I went to Gp, casualty and was given x-ray and pain killers and muscle relaxants. The pain continues and at times it s agonising. My urgent NHS apt is for 28th March! So on a recommendation from a friend, went to Penn. I'm not saying I am OK but can notice a difference and will return for follow up next week. Hopefully feel a lot better before the other apt in March 🙏

Best place to go for gently and effective treatment

I had a road accident when someone knock over me with my bicycle. Over 2 years I been spending a thousands of pounds to get back, but seems like noone can help me. I get more depressed about my trauma and then I got recommendation to see Caroline's Penn Clinic. I was surprised how gently treatment can be. Just breathing and get all benefits from loving Catherine's Rosewell treatment. She is wonderful doctor. I couldn't believe that cranial osteopathy can be so effective for neck injury, headache and stress. I would recommend Penn Clinic for everyone who suffer. Catherine gave me my life back. Thanks her so much!
