We need a Pre-qualification ASAP
We found a home we wanted to purchase and in order to secure the sale (new construction) we needed a fast pre-qualification. I contacted Pennymac (I am a repeat customer),and Cameron answered our call. He listened to our needs and immediately sent us our pre qual saving our sale. Brooke was then assigned as our documents agent and walked us through all the required paperwork. Thanks to the team at Pennymac we closed on our new home!

Disappointed
Jedon Never listened to my concerns, when I asked a question he would always tell me he would look into it and then I NEVER got a call back. I would call multiple times he would call me back and then they cycle would go again me asking questions him saying he would look into it and never calling me back. I even brought it to his attention he never answered my question and he didn’t say anything. I would ask Lakisha for help and she would give me immediate answers.
