Not a legit company because no address…

Not a legit company because no address or phone number to contact. I ordered my daughter’s Christmas present on December 1. They took two weeks to precess the order (but the money was charged that day right away) and it was not shipped until December 14 (which I paid $15.99 for shipping). A week later it is lost by fedex and I can’t file a claim because they are not a legitimate business with no address and no phone number so I have no santa present for my 8 year old daughter and I’m out the money I paid. Stay away from this company!!!!

Unable to return mis-ordered and unused…

Unable to return mis-ordered and unused item. I ordered the wrong length and because it had a discount am unable to return. The website makes you think it’s UK based but clearly it’s not. There is no phone number and support is from the US. Just use Skatehut, lesson learnt

No customer service

Pennyboard broke out of nothing, and you can clearly see this is due to an production error. On Instagram they promise to send you a new deck, but after that the stopped responding! 1 year later still no new deck! Send 2 of 3 emails after, but complete silence on their part. I would definitely go for another brand next time.
