I was not given a proof before printing and a phone number was not on our pens. I would like a new supply of pens with our third phone number included on the pens. Please have someone contact me at 715-926-3848

Pens are thicker than previous purchases. Yet, the engraving is smaller than previous purchases. And the engraving in white letters doesn't work as well on the colors provided on most recent purchase. Black would be easier to read. Surprised that choosing an assortment of colors was not evenly distributed. I received a 30% of order in blue, and 8% in red. One pen came in pieces with no spring, so unusable. Despite all of the above, I do think it's a good product.
We give them to our walk-in customers. They love them. Only slight negative is (in the past) the battery didn't last very long in the pens that would light up.

I ordered black ink and got blue, I wanted the felt tip style, not sure if the terms and I think these are regular pens, Not sure why the shipping and handling or set up is so expensive ??

Good pen for the price but the gel ink leaks and makes messes on the paper and your hands. If I were to reorder I would try ink.

Thought i was getting a gel tip that i had ordered in the past. Liked the gel tip much better. Thought that was what i was getting

The pens don't write at all. This is not my first time using your pens, however this is the first time that i've been so unsatisfied with your product. Nearly every pen stops writing immediately

We love them esp the "rough" grip. In the flower shop we're always grabbing for an ink pen with wet hands.

I was called for a follow up on my order, I advise SEVERAL pens did not work and there was no ink in them. I was asked to send a video of the pens not working. Ridiculous who is going to lie about that. Please do not contact to discuss
