The product is awesome; however, I don't understand why there's a set-up for every order when the previous set-up is already in your system and nothing is changing.

The calendar is fine but the service is terrible. I have been trying for a month to get a paper copy of my in voice so I can pay the bill and have not yet received it. They keep telling me they will mail it to me but I still have NOT received it. Apparently you do not want your money!!!
