I tried to open an account with Pensco…

I tried to open an account with Pensco for my IRA LLC because I observed a (very rich) friend get such excellent service from them. The sales guy told me id be up and running in 2 days. After 3 weeks of pushing the same sales guy and others people to help me close an investment, (just tell what to sign) I ended up having to write a personal check to close the investment. My conclusion, the $200k IRA LLC I wanted to open was simply too small for them to prioritize.
