Warning: Avoid this seller at all costs—untrustworthy.
I placed an order on September 5th, and the money was deducted from my account immediately. I received a GLS tracking ID that always said GLS had not received the package. I emailed the seller on September 10th, only to receive a response claiming the package would arrive the next day. Of course, it never did, and the tracking status stayed the same.
After that, they completely stopped replying to my emails. I tried to contact them again and again, but was ignored. On September 13th, I called them and was finally told the package was "lost" and that they would resend it by the 16th or 17th. Unsurprisingly, nothing ever arrived, and they once again ignored all my email requests for cancellation and a refund.
What makes this situation even worse is that after multiple calls, I was only able to reach them once. The person who answered claimed they "did not understand English" and told me to email them. As expected, they never replied.
As of today, September 23rd, I have lost my money and am left with nothing but frustration. No refund, no package, and no customer service—just complete radio silence. Their handling of this entire situation has been beyond unprofessional; it feels fraudulent.
What’s worse, I suspect their positive reviews on Trustpilot are fake. Based on my experience, I don’t believe for a second that other customers are genuinely satisfied.
Do not make the same mistake I did—stay far away from this seller unless you want to lose your money.
