Very helpful and quicker than I thought. Someone always replies if I Sen an email basically the next day if not th same day.

Easy to reconvene from a previous enquiry made a year before.

PensionBee, has a lot more to offer then just combining.
There’s lots of tips and information on how to improve your future.
I think it’s a great app.

They managed to get a bit of pension from an external company despite of the problems encountered.

It was a nightmare - but that was all due to the other company which I won't name.

Easily done and combined my pension for me.

From the first phone call to my pension being transferred over everything went as smooth as possible. I was informed about every step that was taken

I switched to pensionbee as my previous pension providers weren't as IT friendly. I moved 3 pensions across so that I could amalgamate funds prior to taking 25% tax free lump sum and putting the rest into drawdown.
The 1 pension went through very quickly, but I had to chase both parties to transfer the other 2, who were with the same company.
Both pensionbee and Utmost were blaming each other for the slow down of the transfer and I had to get involved myself by telephoning utmost and then communicating with pensionbee and found that it was pensionbee who were at fault. After I told them exactly what needed to be done to transfer, they eventually did it. Great I thought, this should be smooth....
Oh no. I was told the funds were being transferred which takes 3-5 working days. I had to again email my beekeeper to ask what the hold up was... no reply, to find the funds miraculously had cleared.
So today, I have tried to do my first withdrawal thinking this is it, finally get the money as I turned 55 last October. Yet another issue. Have to upload my bank details and facial similarity checks.
Takes me to a website - I take a photo of my passport and a "selfie" - all good, so I upload.
I then get an error message on screen "Finish verifying your details.... we were unable to verify your identity or bank details. Please try again. Once these are confirmed, you can start withdrawing from your account"
When I refresh, I get the same message. Come out of the webpage and log back in and go to the withdrawal page - same message straight away, so I am unable to verify any details.
As this system is supposed to be a "quick" way of being able to withdraw, it's far from it. So I go onto the chat and speak to someone, who doesn't appear to be friendly in her responses.
Tells me the team are currently looking at manually verifying the details - huh? Why?
I just feel this is just another delay tactic as I followed the commands exactly and uploaded what was required. The person made it seem as though this process was being completed immediately and I should get an email pretty quickly. Over 3 hours later, still waiting - how long does it take to look at a passport photo and compare it to the selfie?
I have now emailed my beekeeper again to hurry tings along, but as there has been no response to my last email, I don't hold much hope of this one being answered quickly either.
I looked on their page and was taken to a youtube video which basically states that I will get another email asking me to do the process again. I thought the process was supposed to be easy, but I'm finding it not to be at all. Once they have verified my identity, it'll take another 10 working days (at least) to transfer the money. I was hoping to have this all done before going away on holiday in 2 weeks, but seeing as I started this whole process in February, it isn't a quick process.

I was looking for a pension to use through my own company for employer contributions. I also ideally wanted something that was ethical, and so I found the Shariah pension option through PensionBee. It was easy to set up online and I requested to transfer an older pension into the new PensionBee one so I don't have to remember details of the old pension. So far it's been a really good experience.

An easy and smooth process! All i had to do was to provide my pension policy number and company- pensionbee did the rest!
