Hard work! Takes forever to sort anything with these lot only wanted to change a phone number and I was in a lengthy conversation via email and it’s still not changed!

Expensive offering
The company offers pensions. Website is very unclear and their fund options are very expensive in comparison with the open market. People would do better to look elsewhere. Only signed up on the back of an offer to get £50 free. They only got 4 stars because they were fast to transfer out of.
