Jessenia was great! She answered all of our questions and directed us to make sure our process was smooth. She was quick to answer our emails and or phone calls. She spoke to us in Spanish and explained this throughly. Love her energy and enthusiasm!

I had a HORRIBLE experience with PENSKE…
I had a HORRIBLE experience with PENSKE 3 years ago. After putting 5k down for two trucks, the moment they were ready Penske basically demanded payment even though the loan was still processing with my bank.
I never got my 5k back after this
I tried Penske one last time in Greensboro NC and a sales representative named Dominic was very nice, ensured that he would make Penske name right for the customer, I had doubts.
The 2019 Volvo I purchased had all the service records and as I sat with Dominic he searched ALL Penske records for ALL maintenance history and provided immediately.
He took 3k off the truck as a start and later bc Penske could not address the minor issue I agreed to buy it “as is” for a significantly lower price.
Dominic was trying to do the right thing for Penske and retain a customer, as well as following company guidelines by not selling a truck that has a code showing.
I can now happily share my experience about Penske, specifically Dominic out of Greensboro NC if it wasn’t for him I doubt I would ever had purchased another truck from Penske again.
