dont buy anything of em. i ordered and the customer support was great at first but then at some point they told me the package will get shipped now. it been 3 1/2 months and i dont get any further information at all. they dont respond to any of my emails.

Order confirmed on april 27, 2024.
Tracking provided on may 28, 2024 (but tracking number was invalid).
Emailed customer support to get the correct tracking info instantly, they said it will update itself with due time.
It is july 10th today and the tracking number is still invalid and customer service has stopped responding to my email inquiries.
I understand shipping will take time and I have no problem waiting, but at this moment I have no idea if the package has been shipped or where it is because i haven’t been able to track it at all. Customer support at the beginning were great, but now there’s absolutely no response from their side, and i have no clue if I’ll be getting my order or not. No. 103630

The costumer is service really great, but the product i got was tot exactly 1:1. There was some issues.

Had some issues with my order and the support team was absolutely phenomenal. Very trustworthy site, I will be using them again.

It was very easy to order and the products had a very nice price and quality. I’m very expressed. Free shipping is also grea and didn’t took so long I shipped to Germany.

I don’t know what’s going on, I placed a order and it was supposed to be for New Jersey, but it went from New York to Chicago and now it’s preparing to go out for delivery.

Edit: package came with no box and the quality was very bad not even close to 1:1 I told customer support , they said they will send another but it took them 9 days to ship . Let’s see how it goes

Edit: date 30th march 2024. I have received the package the quality is even worse than the first and it’s very flimsy again, not even close to 1:1 at all!!! Big giveaway. My rating has gone down to a 1 star, I wrote them a email and they haven’t responded yet it’s been over 8h. Let’s see how this goes. Depending on the answer I will change the review.

yall dumb asl and clearly havent experienced anything to do with reps ever ive order multiple things from different websites and third party insta accounts it always takes at most a week and a half for tracking number to come and anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to get to you yall just impatient fr once the site up again and order some stuff ill make another review

Shoes came about 2 weeks after purchase, cheap price which was always good and didn't have to pay for shipping which is always a bonus, i instantly received the email saying my order was on it way and received the tracking number about 9 days after i ordered it, after the 9 days once it was with evri it took about 4 days to be delivered, and i received my shoes this morning, i got the bapesta grey green shoes and the quality is perfect, they are 1:1 came with the correct box, bag, extra laces and the cutout logo. perfect customer service fast response time and great communication, i know this is a long review but i’m really pleased, 10/10 highly recommend 👍

I'm in love with my Murakami pillows - they look just like the real thing! The customer service was also fantastic - they were always there to answer any questions I had.
