Damola has served me on a few occasions at McDonald's (Pettman Cres., London SE28) - Every experience has been a positive & joyful one! She is polite, attentive & very apologetic if anything has gone wrong with the order (from the kitchen) - She, I feel, treats people as she wishes to be treated - a wonderful way to be - and for someone so young!!

I truly believe that in a few months Damola should be given the opportunity to train new staff - SHE'S GOT WHAT IT TAKES - A consummate professional!

Wokingham Branch. Food arrived stone cold despite been being collected and delivered quickly. The drinks had leaked everywhere. Had to bin the lot. Total waste of time and money.

I visited this McDonald’s (Yarmouth Rd, Witton, Norwich NR13 5AR) at 16:29 and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I placed my order through the app, but the order was mistakenly sent to another branch. I asked the staff for help to change it to this location, but they admitted they didn’t know how to do it and simply told me to call customer service. Since it was Saturday, the customer service line wasn’t even available.

Instead of trying to resolve the problem, they told me it was “not their problem” and that I should reorder and chase a refund myself later. When I tried to explain that I just wanted a quick solution, a blonde female employee came over with a rude and aggressive attitude she’s doesn’t know how to talk with a customers at all. She raised her voice at me, claimed I wasn’t a customer anymore because “they don’t have my order,” and even threatened to call the police! She then shut the service window in my face when I asked to say her name and completely refused to help.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I was treated with zero respect, my concerns were ignored, and the staff showed no basic customer service skills. If this is how they treat people, I will never return to this branch again.

Standard poor delivery service from Colchester McDonald’s. Consistently they are incapable of delivering a whole order. You think I’d learn after trying it once, but gave benefit of the doubt and tried again and more fool me, 3 times in a row they are able to miss half your order. Beyond useless, or lazy, or incompetent.. or combination of all of them.

I gave one star because the staff were polite but the food was a joke.
When I got it home it was obvious that the quarter pounder had been sat for a while. It wasn’t even luke warm as per, it was stone cold and looked old. The fries were not cooked properly, pale and limp. Had to recook in the air fryer.

Its been so good at Lyminster. The only reason I rated it 3 stars is because of how slow it is. It took nearly 30 to 40 minutes just for my meal!

This is specific to McDonalds Folkeston Services.
I was unlucky enough to stop at tis place returning from France. I asked for a double cheeseburger with no relish or gherkin but with tomato and lettuce.
Not the greatest of intellectual problems but they couldn't do it because the till had no mechanism to substitute.
After some discussion and consultation it was agreed they could.
I was the only customer and was surprised to have to wait over 5 minutes particularly as all the staff seemed to be chatting socially.
Eventually, a female describing herself as the manager came over annd asked what the problem was. I explained that it had been sorted and I was waiting for the order.
Out of nowhere she told me that she would not tolerate her staff being abused.
This left one of her staff who had helped sort things out, speechless.
I asked for her name to which she just grunted. I asked her to write it down. She was of oriental extraction so decided to write it in heiroglyphs which obviously made no sense.
All witnessed by a colleague named Luke who, in turn, wouldn't make a note of his name or translate hers.
Rare to come across such arrogance and rudeness.
Never again.

On the 20/12/2024 I was at Mc Donald in Kingston upon Thames Bentallshopping centre
I placed an order of £2.18 and paid through my Mastercard but the Mc Donald app was saying that my card had expired (it was not) at this stage I made the payment of £2.18 through PayPal which again was saying that the Mastercard had expired.
At this stage I went to enquiry and was told that my order was almost ready (???)
The problem is now that I’ve been charged twice because the glitch whit Mc Donald App

They employ a company called just eat who never want to deliver to my area because of the distance. If and when it does arrive items are missing. I’ve complained to McDonald’s yet nothing has changed. Why aren’t McDonald’s insisting they deliver my order? McDonald’s will lose my custom off this continues.

I feel very let down. I placed an order via über eats and did not get my full order. I tried calling 11 times to sort it out but no body answered. I had to reorder what was missing and it cost me more money.

Appalling wait times two lanes only one open. Uber drivers get better attention than anyone else why just because some fat lazy chav can’t get off their fat bottom.

30 minutes waiting. Just for a meal.

Monopoly is it a scam.
This is giving me a headache as I purchased a meal but the burger had no pieces on it, I wrote off to address this and they told me I had to go back with proof. This has happened a further 3 times now so staff need to be better trained, because those pieces I missed out on at that time could of potentially won me £100k and you offer zero compensation.

Great food. Poor service. Not sure would use again

Avoid McDonald’s Gypsy Corner if you have kids who fancy an ice cream or milkshake. Their machine rarely functions and is always “being serviced”.

Absolute shambles of a store!!!

3rd time they have got our order wrong, come in to get it replaced and met by a manager ( Ines ) who has completely refused all liability to the fact they couldn’t even place an order correctly

Asked for a replacement and was made to feel like she was doing me a favour 😂

Never again will we order from here!!!

Stratford road, Warwick, McDonald’s. I ordered my food as usual, went to pay with cash, told them we wanted to pay, got ignored, stood there for about half an hour waiting to be served. Everybody looked at us and ignored us. the fattys we’re scranning the fries the fat little balls.

Food arrived late cold and too expensive . Driver explained he had multi drops ..

Customer service and satisfaction non existent. A true monopoly company
