From start to finish the process was flawless. Went into their physical shop, had a chat and signed up! Surveyor was on the doorstep next day which was unbelievable. Fitters came about a week later. They were incredibly helpful and ran the cables taking some trouble and effort to hide them away. Really too group of people.

Once installed I was ringing up 930meg broadband. It’s a great service with super friendly staff from ordering right down to the fitters.

Thoroughly recommended. Feels like a local business and not some faceless corporation. 10/10. Just what we need these days.

Great communication, all very efficient and fast. Must have been 2 weeks and all done. the guys turned up on time, all very clean and tidy with the box and done, wow couldn’t be more please, super effiecient!! Constant issues with skyq, the routers provided need to be rebooted daily. Painful.

In response to the reply to peoples fibre. I have been through this with your support teams many times. The blame is put with Sky and It is suggested I don’t use the routers you provide.

Great service. Super fast fibre gigabit connection. No complaints here at all. Great customer service. Will be sad to leave when I move house.

People's fibre has worked hard and consistently on their services focussing strongly on customer satisfaction, I am somewhat disappointed to hear the company has been sold to another supplier.

Excellent team, the connectivity is the fastest I have experienced in UK home networks. I am writing this review after a full month of usage, I can say the connectivity is lighting fast and is reliable too. More importantly, this is a winning team, from the time I picked up the phone and called them for a connection to the field staff who came to give the actual connection everyone made me feel special they really care for their customers.

I have not experienced such a service from any other provider, I am not saying others are bad, but you can clearly spot the difference when a team works hard to delight the customer. They are absolutely brilliant.

The engineers you sent to install our People’s fibre arrived promptly, were very helpful, polite and friendly. They did a great job and didn’t leave a mess.

If the rest of our experience with your company is anything like the installation then we will be a very happy household.

The fibre is definitely quicker than anything we have had before.
