I was fairly disappointed as I finally found the coat I had been looking for for months on Pepe Jeans, only to discover that the parcel had been lost and my size was no longer available. It was really gutting.
However, I am still giving 5 stars because the customer service—especially Natalia—was excellent. I called twice and she was extremely helpful, kept me promptly updated via email, contacted Royal Mail on my behalf, and processed a refund efficiently. I received my money back immediately, and as a kind gesture she also offered me a 20% discount code for my next purchase.
While the outcome was disappointing (although it was Royal Mail fault), the customer service experience was genuinely positive and handled very professionally. 5/5 for Natalia

My order still has not arrived.
I appreciate we have had the Christmas holidays however when I ordered I did my realise my order was coming from Spain!
I am therefore unable to comment on the products I ordered.
Expected date was 21st December 2025. My order cleared UK customs on 2nd January 2026! Hopefully it will arrive in the next few days.
