A situação foi devidamente resolvida. A Pepe Jeans reconsiderou o caso, realizou uma nova análise e, felizmente, reconheceu o erro, procedendo à devolução do valor.

Fico muito satisfeita com a forma como todo o processo foi tratado nesta fase final. A minha confiança na marca foi restabelecida e volto a acreditar nos seus valores e no compromisso para com os clientes.

Não voltarei a comprar Sapatilhas da Pepe Jeans!

Comprei um par de sapatilhas metalizadas no fim de novembro de 2025 e apenas as usei alguma vezes (uso normal)! Nem 4 meses passou desde que as adquiri e a parte da frente está com a cobertura metalizada toda rasgada e com aspeto horrível, mas mesmo só na frente, as restantes partes das sapatilhas estão impecáveis! Enviei email para o apoio ao cliente com reclamação, pois não considerava a qualidade da marca tão baixa para isto acontecer e em menos de 3h depois do envio do email com a exposição do problema e fotos a comprovar, recebo a resposta com, passo a citar: "Após uma análise minuciosa pelo departamento de qualidade, concluímos que não parece tratar-se de um defeito de fabrico. Por conseguinte, partimos do princípio de que este defeito se deve à utilização da peça de vestuário."

Voltei a pedir que reavaliassem pois, como poderiam confirmar pelas fotos, as sapatilhas não tinham tido mau uso e estavam em bom estado, tirando a parte da frente que tem a pintura toda rasgada e descolada, mas até hoje não voltei a receber resposta!

Ora, daqui depreendo que sapatilhas da Pepe Jeans não são para usar de forma normal, muito menos mais de 4 ou 5 vezes e por esse motivo não voltarei a comprar qualquer artigo desta marca e nunca o recomendarei a ninguém!

Reparo que, pelos comentários aqui na plataforma, é uma resposta recorrente e a culpa dos artigos ficarem danificados rapidamente é sempre dos utilizadores e nunca da qualidade do artigo ou da marca! Incrível! Devia ter lido isto antes de fazer qualquer compra nesta marca! "Viver e aprender!"

The situation has been properly resolved. Pepe Jeans reconsidered the case, conducted a new analysis and, thankfully, acknowledged the error, proceeding with the refund.

I am very satisfied with how the whole process was handled in the end. My trust in the brand has been restored and I, once again, believe in its values ​​and commitment to its customers.

I will never buy Pepe Jeans sneakers again!

I bought a pair of metallic sneakers at the end of November 2025 and only wore them a few times (normal use)! Less than 4 months have passed since I got them and the metallic coating of the front part is completely torn and looks awful, but just the front, the other parts of the sneakers are impeccable! I sent an email to customer service complaining, as I didn't consider the brand's quality so low for this to happen, and less than 3 hours after sending the email describing the problem with photos to prove it, I received a response which, I quote: "After a thorough analysis by the quality department, we concluded that it does not appear to be a manufacturing defect. Therefore, we assume that this defect is due to the use of the garment."

I requested another reassessment because, as they should confirm from the photos, the shoes were not misused and were in good condition, except for the front part which has the paint all torn and peeling off, but to this day I have not received any further feedback!

Therefore, I conclude that Pepe Jeans shoes are not meant to be worn normally, much less more than 4 or 5 times, and for this reason I will not buy any item from this brand again and will never recommend it to anyone!

I realize, judging by the comments here, that this is a recurring response, and the blame for items being damaged too quickly is always placed on the users and never on the quality of the item or the brand! Incredible! I should have read this before making any purchase from this brand! "Live and learn!"

I have made an order more than 14 days ago for more than 700€ , not received a single spontaneous news from the company about the preparation of my order nor where it stands. And now I receive this message asking to validate my experience like if everything was solved. This is incredible.

Bought 2 pairs of Pepe jeans after less than a year one pair fell apart at the seams, I contacted customer services by email twice with no reply, I liked the jeans but after the poor customer service I won’t be buying Pepe again.

Ok after your reply saying you will contact me direct regarding the problem I had with your jeans I have been contacted by no one so I assume your reply was just was just for reviews to look as though you are doing something. I will probably have to look for other review sites and place many reviews.

My order never arrived, I was waiting over 2 weeks (instead 3-5days) and they still holding my money - nearly £500! Please issue a refund now! Very disappointing experience 😞

The delivery date was supposed to be 18th and its 26th now and I still haven’t received my order as despite being home the delivery guys have been saying attempted delivery while posting my letters in the mail box. I couldn’t even track my order right. I completely missed the date of event to wear them as well. Really disappointing in terms of shipping

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! This is by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I returned an item from order PPL100478580 weeks ago, and they are simply REFUSING to give my money back.
I have sent 3 emails – total silence. They ignore customers once they have your money. This is not "bad service," this is borderline SCAM and theft. A brand of this size acting like a shady basement business is pathetic.
I am now forced to start a legal dispute and a chargeback through my bank because Pepe Jeans cannot be trusted with a simple return. Save yourself the stress and your money – STAY AWAY from this brand. They are happy to take your cash but will disappear when they owe you a refund. DISGUSTING!

I was not entirely satisfied that the company did not refund the shipping costs I paid when I placed the order. Also, the sizes are small: 44 doesn't fit 44.

It went really bad,the site didn’t work for on line orders for over 2 weeks plus give me 10 didn’t work as well

Parcel went missing. The only contact is a bot on WhatsApp. Absolutely disgusting. I was buying quite often now have to consider changing brand.
