Do not buy from this company. Items shipped from China, worst quality ever. Website says return for refund. This is not the case, they want you to return item to China, then tell you for ‘sustainability’ reasons you can keep the item, sell it to friend or family and offered a 10% refund. I would not insult my friends/family by offering the item. Only fit for the bin! Professional website which is totally misleading Item took month to arrive from China. I wish I had looked at trust pilot before buying from this company. I eventually received a 40% refund.

Cheap cheap cheap nasty stuff. Annoyed the stuff came from overseas as it stated a London company.
Horrible scam. Well at least the charity shops can have it for the Halloween costumes.

Absolutely terrible on every front
Unfortunately I didn't realise that it was a Chinese company selling items from images that do not represent their products.

Boots took three weeks to arrive and not even boxed. Colour of material (some synthetic rubbish) did not match photographs, laces were cheap nylon, rather than advertised leather twine and sole appeared to be completely different.Very poor quality all round.

Absolutely no reply from Peper & Leafs regarding return and a refund. At least they were not the full price. I should have been more carefull before ordering.

Wish I had looked at this page before ordering! The so called London based family company is nothing but a sham. Taken nearly a month to arrive and not until you get your order number and delivery notification is it obvious that it’s coming from China. The fabric is cheap and nasty, the cut appalling the neck bears no resemblance to the picture and the size!!!!! Well I accept I am plus size but would need to fast for a year this has never been a plus size. Absolutely gutted this could have been a fabulous dress even plus size but it is utter rubbish.

Jacket sold as wool blend, was 100% polyester. Advertised as £119 reduced to £60later found same item on other websites for £30 - that’s too high for the quality. Zips don’t work. Size way too small. Can be returned if pay postage to china - advertised as a London company. Another scam

Really angry with myself for purchasing a coat from them before doing my research.
As soon as I realised it was not a London company and based in China I asked to cancel the order. They declined. When it arrived, the coat was such awful quality and asked to return. They have not responded to any of my emails.
Avoid avoid avoid.

I also wish I had read these reviews first.
The jacket took around a month to arrive when it finally got here the size is nothing like it should be say's XL but more like a medium at most,£40 wasted.

I have unfortunately been scammed by this company. I echo all reviews posted here, complete trash arrived instead of the jacket I ordered and now they are making it next to impossible to return. Do not waste your money

Ordered two items, dreadful material and want to return. They keep explaining how difficult it would be to return the items and have offered me a refund of 25% and I get to keep the items, why would I want them? They have made it plain that even if I did return the items to China they would be checking for damage etc and I suspect that they would find damage (even though there is none). Do Not Buy From This Company

Dropshipping scammers. I am kicking myself that I didn’t do my due diligence before buying a coat. It’s obviously off Ali express or Temu etc and then drop shipped. Poor quality and took forever the hallmarks. Don’t bother or if you do want what they are offering just do a reverse image search and I’m sure you can find it for pennies on one of these Chinese websites.

Yet another diabolical experience. Jacket much lighter weight than expected but mostly too short for me. Company will not honour their returns promise, stubbornly refusing to provide a return address after all sorts of dubious "offers" and greenwashing bull.

Wish I’d read these reviews before I parted with my money. Waited almost a month for the trainers to arrive. They are awful quality and I can’t even get them on they are so small and made of plastic. So annoyed with myself for buying from them

BEWARE: SCAMMERS

Not based in London, based in China. Now, I have no issue with buying goods from China but not when the so-called company says they are based in the UK.

The item arrived and can only be described as having been produced by someone who has had a coat described to them but has never actually seen one and then been asked to make one.

It's hideous. I don't have the time or the inclination to go into details suffice from saying 'not as advertised'.

I've complained, asked for a refund and surprise, surprise - they don't want the wretched thing back. They initially tried to give me a discount on future purchases and have finally offered me a 20% refund.

I've notified my bank, Facebook (beyond useless) and Trading Standards. Don't make the same mistake, avoid like the plague!

I echo all the other reviews and wish I had read them before buying from this place. I bought the "Bomber Jacket" which is terrible quality for the price and nothing like the advertised product. I'm now waiting on a pair of boots to arrive and although they look really appealing on their website no doubt they will be as shockingly bad. Oh well!!

When my boots finally arrived, and having already realised I’d been scammed, opening the bag and revealing the contents, my family rolled around in fits of laughter, as the quality and style of them was what can only be described as utter rubbish. Oh well

wish I had read these reviews before my purchase. Do not buy from this company. Very poor quality garment for the price, not like the description/picture. Sizing completely off (very small). 'Jacket' took 2 weeks to arrive..... from China (NOT London as advertising suggests) . Wont even bother with the ridiculous returns process. What a waste of money

Do not buy the Owen boots... It is a total scam.
I have written to them to demand demand a thorough review of my case concerning the Owen leather boots I purchased from their website. The boots I received are not at all what was advertised. Firstly, the description stated they were leather, but the boots delivered are clearly plastic. Secondly, the stitching is different and does not match the product shown on their site. Thirdly, the heel design is not the same. Fourthly, the laces are distinctively different. Finally, the colour does not align with what was promised. I have demanded a full refund of my money as their website states a 30-day money-back guarantee. I expect a full refund without delay.

Cheap nasty boots from China. Came in a plastic bag, not a shoe box. Just avoid this company completely! The reviews on the website must also be fake because they're all 5 star.
