Good variety and quality of seeds , 5/5 sowed have germinated and look healthy. The customer service is very helplful and responsive. My package was misplaced by PostNL but I got full support from customer service to resolve my problem

First of all, we don't need to be registered in VOEC as we don't export for more than NOK 50.000 to Norway.
Secondly, sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. But after placing an order from out of the EU you agreed with our terms and conditions. Which clearly states:
3) Customers outside the EU please check on any import restrictions or import costs on chili pepper seeds and other seeds before making a purchase. Pepperseeds.eu can’t be held responsible for any damage to seeds or seeds being destroyed by customs or any additional import costs.
So this is not on us unfortunately. If you could return your order to us, we are more than happy to give you a full refund of the total amount of your order.

Tampers with customer review and no packaging and or expiration dates on de products
Only customers can add a product review.
When you give them a bad review they do not add your review.
When you point out that they do not sell their seeds with a date on the product they do not add your review!
Bad shop because they tamper with the customer reviews.

These product reviews are mainly about the peppers and the plants themselves. Each year we work with different batches of peppers which have different germination rates. If we allow comments about solely germination, then reviews can be about germination from years ago from seeds we don't sell anymore. Apart from that the germination of seeds is also very dependent on the growing skills of our clients. All our seeds have been tested and should work fine. So reviews are very welcome about the peppers and plants themselves. That's why we also didn't accept your reviews about the germination rates which you were indeed happy with. If problems occur, we always help our clients with new seeds or other solutions. Best way to reach out to us when you have a complaint is by simply dropping us an email. We are here to help.
