Purchased 2 books the 10th of May, got only an email confirmation for the order, which never came. Requested the cancellation of the order the 16th if June as there was no news about my order after a few emails not responded. No refund, no cancellation, not even a reply. Worst business ever

Awful communication, Contacted them immediately aster ordering as I failed to read reviews first
They say you can cancel within 12 hours of ordering, however they failed to respond

Product arrived and you can see it is an inferior product and seems fake

Trying to contact them is awful. and they unknowingly sign you up for a subscription, so be aware

I bought these for both my mom and dad and I was so embarrassed when they told me that the book was full of typos and inaccuracies.

After checking more carefully, I found out these are cheap knockoffs of the real books. Don't buy from them. Just search on Amazon.

I'm deeply disappointed in how many spelling errors, repeated questions, gaps between a word, two words put together, bad grammar, and just wrong words (Father instead of Mother) are in these books. I'm embarrassed to give these to my parents as a gift, especially since they appreciate well-written books. I asked for a refund, which they finally gave me (minus 3 euros handling fee) after being persistent. They make me pay to send it back to some town in China. These are clearly KNOCKOFFS. Stay clear!

I saw a ad for this website and thought it was a great gift idea. On further research I found the original author: Jeffrey Mason, and you can buy his book on Amazon. Don't waste your time on this website and go buy the original book from the actual author!

I have tried contacting support to cancel my order and have not received any response in quite some time. Genuinely concerned this is a scam.

Arrived damaged. Low quality. Advertised as a hardcover and came as soft cover. Typos. Do not recommend.

Very poor experience.
I purchased a product in French only to find out it was poorly translated by either AI or someone who doesn’t write proper French.
When I asked for a refund, I was told I would not get one because I bought the downloadable version.
I wish I could leave them minus 5 stars.
What a scam.

Awful - I bought the 'Mom I want to hear your story' book and it is FULL of typos, misprints, duplicate sections, etc.

It's like someone asked AI to make a generic question book and then didn't even proofread it... so bad!
