Did not process my sample within the 7-10 day timeline. Still not back and looks to be more like 20 business days. Now I have to pay for a follow up with consultant costing me £270. Ample time when notified to have processed this. Poor regard for customers.

Really responsive and accomodative staff; highly recommend

Very straightforward to do and quick resulting.

A lot of technical problems that nobody really understood.
The test itself was efficiently handled.
The email to me that was supposed to give me the Certificate to print out was not right.

I am experiencing issues with this company because they are saying that my sample did not arrive at their lab although the tracking history shows that it is Delivered. I believe I have been scammed and I am in a very difficult situation because I was Covid positive only once! I will not be able to get the NHS recovery certificate. They are messing about with peoples lives and charge for it!

They were very helpful and friendly when needed.

We are trying to activate the test but despite entering the correct activation code several times it does not work. Has anyone else had this issue?

This test was a wonderful solution when we had to get a quick COVID test. Fast! Easy! Yes, you have to enter data into your phone but we could just sit in the car and do it. When I couldn't find my results because my email swallowed them, I emailed this company and they responded immediately and resent my results. Plus they were so nice!!!! Love it!

If I could give 6 stars I would, the team at peplobio were not just helpful, they went above and beyond. I've never experienced customer service like this in my life. Covid testing is a nightmare to deal with but peplobio made life as easy, I could recommend a better place to buy you antigen test or any other products they offer. Their basic fit to fly antigen covid test are accepted within the EU as of 08.04.22 and I highly recommend you use peplobio. A very happy customer!!

For this particular test, got the certificate back within 5 minutes.

Only to find at boarding I had put the wrong year of Birth. Got a corrected certificate within 10 minutes. Avoided a lot of troubles.

Fast efficient stress free service. It was easy to place an order for our kits which were delivered as indicated with tracked delivery. We did our tests Saturday morning and had our results within six hours.

I googled Guildford tests fit to fly pcr and many companies came up but fortunately close to us based at Surrey research pk was Peplobio.
As an added bonus their tests were competivly priced at £49 each.

The best part of this company was the most helpful assistance and reassurance I got from the dedicated staff. I asked many questions and ALWAYS got honest answers and helped me through anxiety of fear of testing positive on pcr after testing negative on lateral flow. I believed too many horror stories and kind Alihea assured me this isn't the case and thus wasn't, we all tested negative for 72 hr fit to fly to Thailand. A Great company to use and thoroughly recommend.
