Pretends to be a UK company, they are not. Tracking information is bogus. No reply from them.

Definitely a scam.

Update. Opened a dispute in PayPal. They sent a tracking number. The tracking number reveals that the courier was notified but never received the package. They are still trying to delay the refund.

You must avoid, these are serial scammers!

Poor customer service - not answering a simple question as to the courrier services they used so I could track the location of my package that was allegedly delivered in outbuildings - whatever that meant. I won’t be using them again I’m afraid.
Online order process was straight forward. Delivery was slow as coming from abroad but that didn’t bother me. I just wish I knew where my package has been delivered.

Believe the reviews…please believe the reviews. I disregarded them and I regretted it.

Ordered the defective product a month ago, despite numerous emails back and forth the best they'll offer me is 20% refund if they get it back. They're products and customer service is abismal. Don't ever order anything from them

I have just received my dog figurine. I cannot express how pleased I am with the figurine. It is a really good likeness to my spaniel dog. Very good attention to detail, even down to his little spec on his nose. I want to thank Peppers Paradise for their amazing work at a very reasonable cost. The figurine is quite substantial, it has weight to it. It is totally worth the wait to receive a brilliant product.

If I could give zero I would.
Ordered a customised necklace. Never came.
Customer service just give a whole lot of platitudes.
Also refused a refund when I asked.
I’m just going to have to write this down to experience.
Should have read the reviews first
As with others- very misleading as you assume it’s coming from the UK, when in fact it’s being dispatched from China

This is not a UK business. Yet another misleading website. Shipping is from China...again!

Awful service and awful item. My dog passed away and I ordered one of the ornaments, unfortunately I didn’t check reviews first as I wasn’t thinking straight at the time. What I’ve received is absolutely nothing like my dog, emailed them to return it they keep offering me discounts to keep it and they are very rude. Awful experience took weeks to arrive and it’s rubbish!

Ordered a custom ornament when our dog passed away as thought it would be lovely to have a memory. Took over 4 weeks to come, arrived in a jiffy bag and wrapped in bubble wrap, no presentation box or anything and what arrived I can only describe as complete cr@p, nothing like the pictures I sent them. Clearly they just have generic dogs in various colours and send them out. VERY DISAPPOINTED, Please DO NOT waste your money.

After ordering they state there is a delay of at least 2 weeks for delivery…the web site has no mention of goods being shipped from China.
2 weeks turned into 3 & rather oddly the tracking info stated it was travelling to Essex rather than Kent? It was then returned to sender for whatever reason?
Do not waste your money with this company.

I wouldn't even give 1 star,terrible.
Duel retractable lead,one didn't work could of been dangerous if I had not of checked it first.
Emailed, reply was sorry to hear this bla bla.
Sent a few emails requesting my money back and return item, first it was 10% then %25 and keep item,I've eventually settled with %40 as was to expensive to send back.
The item is now in bin.
Faulty and dangerous retractable lead.
I definitely don't recommend.

The ‘unbreakable and durable’ dog toy I purchased broke quite quickly. I emailed and was offered a 20% refund, which I did not accept. So I was then offered a 30% refund, which I refused, then 40%, then 50% but never 100% even though it was faulty. I have advised Peppers Paradise that I’m writing a bad review, but they are obviously not bothered.
Do not purchase from this company!

Absolute rip off!!! Dog fridge Magnet nothing like described. Don't waste your Money on any of their products!!!! SCAM COMPANY!!!

It's really sad to have lost my pet and ended up on this site thinking it was UK-based. I even sent a cute photo of my pet with his adorable cleft lip, but all I got was a plain brindle French bulldog statue. I definitely wouldn't suggest this site to anyone

Does not provide what they advertise absolutely rubbish asked for refund don't use them it's a total scam

Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. I ordered a statue of my dog who had passed away. The statue was nothing like my beloved Billy and they refused a refund unless I paid full shipping costs so was not worth doing. They don't even deserve a one star. Wanted to warn other people about their inadequate products and service.

I was sent a completely different product to the one I ordered. I ordered a pet toy and was sent a childs toy instead

Wouldn’t even give them one star the worse company on the internet net there not uk based there don’t do a returns policy the fridge magnet I received doesn’t even look like my dog it’s like there have sent me someone’s else’s magnet there customer services are a joke don’t be fooled people keep your money and order from somewhere else this place is a scam and there products are shit I’d show you the picture of the garbage there sent me but I can’t attach one

Inferior damaged product
I received this Pet WobbleSnack -Treat Dispensing Toy and the plastic ball was baddly damaged. Contacted the company and they sent another ball which was also badly damaged. Contacted the company and they give me a partial refund, when the fault was theirs.. This company sends out inferior products, so I would be careful when ordering from them...
