Just to clarify on the vial tops, as this can be confusing — there are generally two types used in laboratory supply packaging. Some vials have standard crimp tops designed for single access, while others (often marked with a small arrow) are designed for use with compatible laboratory dispensing devices.

With the latter, the aluminum seal is not intended to be fully removed. Applying too much force or pressure while attempting to remove it can cause the top to release suddenly — similar to a pressure pop — which may be what you experienced.

There isn’t always clear guidance available on this, so it’s a common misunderstanding and something we try to help clarify when possible.

After taking a closer look, we were able to locate your order, which was placed under a different name. That’s why we were initially unable to match your review to a purchase on our end.

Regarding the product, we do have a Certificate of Analysis for that specific batch and are always happy to provide it for full transparency.

We were starting to wonder where you disappeared to after our last email exchange 🙂
When you reached out to us directly, we truly appreciated the conversation and were happy we could quickly locate the order under the different name, provide the refund, and help resolve the situation. In your email, you even mentioned reconsidering doing business with us again, so we honestly thought we had turned the experience around for you.
That’s why we were surprised to later see the updates saying we disappeared or were hiding. We’re still here, we have always been here, and we have absolutely nothing to hide. We answer emails daily, stand behind our products, and are always willing to help when customers reach out to us directly.
As mentioned before, we also have full batch COAs available for transparency, and if there is ever an issue, we genuinely do our best to make things right. No company is perfect, but we believe communication and honesty go a long way.

We previously attempted to follow up on this review by requesting additional details so we could properly investigate your concern, but we did not receive a response. We’re always open to reviewing any specific product in question and providing the relevant Certificate of Analysis when requested.

Regarding documentation, we do maintain COAs for our products and continue working on improving how they are displayed and organized across our website for easier access.

We also want to provide some general transparency for anyone reading — Trustpilot allows businesses to flag reviews and request verification when there is no identifiable order or interaction. At times, we’ve experienced situations where legitimate customers have told us their reviews were removed and were asked to provide proof of purchase, but did not complete the verification process.

Because of this, we rely heavily on direct communication. When customers reach out to us, we are always able to verify purchases and provide full documentation, including COAs, without issue.

If you’re able to share more details about the specific product you’re referring to, we’d be more than happy to review it and provide the corresponding documentation.
