I was a bit apprehensive with the fact that the product was not pre mixed, but again the advice I received was second to none. I have now successfully mixed up the product (retatrutide) and took my first dose yesterday. Also, take note of the sales and when they are on because the price is probably the best I have come across in the UK. 5 out of 5 stars from me for both service and quality of products.

Website has no COAs. I asked for a COA which was e-mailed to me and it was full of redactions, and the QR code doesn't work

The person answering e-mails has a lack of customer service skills - no salutation, so sign-off, and immature / unprofessional responses

Don't fall for the cheap prices - the products are prpbably low quality!
