Movers were great: very clear with what was going to happen in what time frame, prompt to respond to correspondence and questions from me, and their delivery team were exceptional. I was very happy with them and would use again without hesitation.

Great communication from there side, First class packers and great movers they are. Cannot fault the company at any case, they are exceptionally amazing. Delivery time was so on point that you’ll be surprised, highly recommended to all of you.

The team arrived on time each morning and worked hard. Everything was wrapped well and we were asked about several items to ensure we got what we wanted. Nothing was broken and the whole practice was as easy/pleasant as it could be. Can't rate highly enough and would definitely use again and recommend.

Excellent service. Also their customer service was very friendly and professional. They gave me a very good quote. I definitely recommend it.

They are a first-rate professional company and I have no hesitation in recommending them. They walked me through the process. Each of them impressed with their diligence, attention to detail, and readiness to take the time needed to do the job properly.

I have taken a service from Perennial van Lines and they seems to be a complete fraudsters and cheaters so it turned out to be a biggest mistake of my life hence please do not use this company for any services

First of all they gave me a quote of 2K for my stuff to be picked and I have exact same amount to be shipped so no addition from my side but their pick up company charged me 750 USD more just because they denied to dismantle the most standard furniture like TV Unit, Coffe Table as per the signed contract .As a result my stuff took more space in truck and when I asked to unload the furniture back as that was not expensive and much lesser than transport cost so they denied to unload as well .I ended up paying 750 USD more

When they shipped my car then my car doesn’t got started and it was working fine earlier during pick up so they didn’t took care of my car as well which costs me 500 USD more for a repair

Now comes the worst part .I am living in a very expensive and wide place in middle of Tampa where I got all the new furniture delivered at my door step from other vendors via same truck size but they refused to deliver and charged me 100 USD more for delivery

Further they denied to assemble the double bed as per contract and it was a basic one which they themselves dismantled but refused to assemble so I had to do it myself later.

When I asked them to verify my delivery items person refused to do that and just went away with a truck .Later on I found that my bed parts are missing so he didn’t even talked to me on phone and just asked me to call company

I kept on trying company number but no one picked on Sunday.As a result I am left with missing parts ,dismantled bed and no one to help

So this is one of the biggest mistake of my life to use their service hence I request everyone to please refrain from this company

The cost was not extreme. I was very happy with your service and the care that was given to our possessions was good. We would recommend you to anyone who needs to relocate.

The original sales personnel are not accurate in telling you what the cost and moving dates are. Once you sign the contract everything changes.
They told us a delivery date and then after signing the contract they told us a different date. It took us 10 days to get our furniture.
They kept adding on cost . They told us a new cost on a Sunday afternoon for a Monday morning delivery.
They also had to have cash only.

I will say the movers that they subcontracted were two. Very nice men who worked very hard. Once they were paid they worked very hard.

They are not the problem. It starts at the first contact.

Perennial Vanlines did what they said with my move. I did make some changes prior to the move pickup and was very pleased with the cooperation I received. The pickup was on time and very professional, the drop off was equally professional very clean, careful with my moving items and placed items as requested. I would use them again.

They were very considerate and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable where everything was moved. Cannot have been more pleased with the service. Thank you for making the entire process so easy.

Chose this company because they assured us they could deliver on holiday weekend (4th of July) so we scheduled for a 2 July delivery. Pick up went fine but they informed us at pick up that it may or may be an additional $1000 from the quote based of some “math” the crew did. They also assured us it should be by weight and were just giving worst case scenario. The movers hav still not delivered by 20 July and we have heard NOTHING from perennial. At this point I’m starting to think they stole our stuff. The one time we actually got someone on the phone they informed us that “legally” they have 30 days from the date promised to deliver and hung up on us. I do not recommend.

Like everyone else at first it sounded great.But it was not my cost was to be 8,900.when they were finished 30,000.The movers put 2 or 3 small items in a huge box taped it up loaded it it took up so much room.Because you pay per square footage.By the time it got to me boxes were crushed alot of broken things it was reported to them I never heard from them.That was in May still nothing.They talk about helping you but in the end they really hurt me......Please use someone else....

They took my deposit and even though I canceled within 24h, I have yet to see my refund. They are quick to take your money and who knows if I'll get it back. I called twice about it in the last 10 days and the refund will always be within 48h.
They live up to all the bad reputation that moving brokers have.
I bet the reviews on Google are fake, they are either 5 stars or one star. Sounds like fake reviewers to me.

Do not go through this company. They have horrible customer service. We were told we would have movers on a Monday and then it turned into a Tuesday. Then suddenly due to the rain we received, they told us they couldn't move us. When we needed to be out the day of the rain.

The move went so smoothly. The guys arrived promptly, were super fun to have around and were courteous and got all of our things in very swiftly and without any damage!

Stay as far away from this mover as you can!!!! They misrepresent their services and prices, and then are nowhere to be found. I would NEVER do business with them again nor would I recommend them to anyone I know.

This group is a complete SCAM. Once they get your initial deposit you'll never hear from them again. They do NOT return phone calls, do NOT reply to emails and if you ever do get though you're told it's not their department's responsibility, regardless of the department you reach. Further, once you pay the non-refundable deposit you're required to pay the balance of your fees in CASH. And they don't disclose that until you've paid the deposit. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS AT ALL COSTS.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL SCAM YOU out of THOUSANDS of dollars! During my initial call, they presented themselves as a moving company when in fact they are a broker company. Drexel made it seem like he went above and beyond to achieve a great discount but, I was on the fence and had to think about it before signing a contract. Unfortunately, Drexel did not give me the option of reading the contract before I signed it because if I called back, I would lose out on saving any money. I felt like he rushed/pushed me to sign something over the phone. After signing this contract, I didn’t hear from Perennial for over a week. After waiting a week, I finally received a call that the “movers” were coming to pick up my items. After my pickup, I found out that Perennial provided an inaccurate quote and that my cost was going to increase (increased over $2,000) because of the misinformation that they promised me over the phone. After learning of the false promises, I called and when I called, I came to learn that Drexel could no longer assist me because my file was “closed”. He transferred me over to a sales representative named Dona. Dona was extremely rude, reading off a script, and overall useless with providing an update on my items or a timeframe for when my delivery was scheduled to take place. I moved from CA to IL and because of Perennial, I received my items a MONTH after the promised date of delivery and on top of everything, my items were moved through 3 additional companies!! Once my items finally arrived in IL, I contacted Perennial’s operations manager to explain the situation and ask for a refund of my deposit. Not only was the operations manager (Angela) not helpful but made it seem like everything was my fault. She did not attempt to make it right nor did she have any empathy for the ENTIRE situation. I would not recommend Perennial Van Lines to my worst enemy! Stay far away from this scam of a company!

Terrible customer service. Bait and switch. STILL WAITING FOR MY FURNITURE. I was promised a delivery date of 2 weeks ago and was told that I have to wait my turn. Refused to give me any refund or compensation. I switched from a different company to them because of their promises. DO NOT USE THEM
