Great customer service, coupled with an easy to use product. From the training provided, along with the assistance for any issues we are very satisfied with the quick response time. The software makes it quick and fun to build custom apps!

We have been using PerfectApps for over ten years. It gave me the ability to create process forms and reports despite my very little knowledge of databases. As well, it just continues to work as it should and has been a very solid platform. Lastly, when we want to create new processes and need some additional support PerfectApps is very responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Forms are easy to create.
Excellent integration between forms and our SQL database.
Customer Service is excellent.

I love this product! I love it's versatility. It cuts down on so much paperwork. The workflow provided by the product makes our district run more effectively and efficiently. The technology support is super friendly, professional, and easy to work with.

PerfectForms overall is a complete package with utilization of automation and implementation of an integrated environment requiring workflow management that can be used when creating an unlimited array of forms. Forms are fairly easy to create with little to no assistance needed.

Their technical support team is phenomenal! It can be frustrating that you are unable to call in for support when you're in the middle of creating a form and hit a snag, but ultimately, once a ticket for support is submitted online, support is quick to assess the issue, troubleshoot, and provide resolution professionally and in a timely manner. Their follow through and follow-up is impeccable as they strive to make sure that the solution provided is satisfactory to the client.

Perfect Forms Product can speak for itself, but it is also backed by a friendly staff of experts who stop at nothing to ensure expectations are met and perhaps exceeded.

I love the automation and ability to link to websites. I am even more impressed with their technical support. I am of the belief that problems and issues will arise, but it's how a company handles the issue. The issue I encountered was HUGE and frustrating. However, PerfectForms never gave up on it and pull that thorn from my side. Additionally when the politics of getting the invoice approved came to light they worked with me to ensure services and support were not interrupted. KRJ

What an outstanding form automation solution! Perfect Forms has so much to offer. The reporting feature saves valuable time and has proven to be an instrument of accuracy.
Designing the forms is rewarding and fun.. as silly as that sounds. The help desk folks are very accommodating and responsive. The monthly check in calls from the company are a nice asset and are very helpful.

We have used this product for about 5 years. It has served us well in our school district environment. Online training videos are very informative, but on the occasion that I have needed more, support has been most helpful to solve any of my mistakes. Building a form and a report for that form can be done quickly, usually less than a day. It has saved us many hours by using the routing feature, and paper forms are becoming extinct!

We needed a system to provide.a forms repository and workflow automation capability for business applications in our school district. After a nine month search and extensive product reviews, we selected PerfectForms as our first choice system. It has an integrated environment with forms builder, database, and great user functionality. Additionally, one does not need to be a programmer to use it effectively.

A part of our research and evaluation was to determine how difficult the workflow system was to learn and use. We found PerfectForms had everything we needed ONLINE and was able to start using it with no formal training!

The way licensing was setup for commercial clients, did not work for our agency so we discussed this with the company. To our delight, they were willing to be flexible and satisfied our needs. We've used PerfectForms for nine years now and have not regretted our decision to implement it.

PerfectForms is an excellent workflow package. It has made our process of moving to a paperless operation far simpler that I thought it would. The interface is intuitive, and the workflow and business logic is easy to build. Their documentation gives you all the info you need to get started, and their support team are excellent and have great product knowledge. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

We are using PerfectForms across our business for all documentation which requires work flow management or approval. Every software has its limitation, but with the eforms made through PerfectForms are limitless.

I was in a project to implement a CPQ solution which could interface with our ERP system to facilitate the expansion of our business. We extensively researched what was available in the market and found that a ready made package was quite a large investment. To trial the new processes before investing in a "proper" CPQ solution, we constructed a simple product configurator tool using PerfectForms since it was already available in the business operating the general corporate forms. It has been almost 3 years since we made our first CPQ eform, it's limitation has exceeded our expectations. Today it has developed into a sales quoting, engineering request, order management, logistic and quality control tool, all connected and interfacing with our ERP system. I personally don't think there's anything out there that can do the same at the level that has been so customized to suit our business and philosophy.

Our experience with using PerfectForms has been quite intuitive and quick when constructing the common business electronic form. If one is experienced with database, web design or workflow management, the result from using PerfectForms is even more impressive and robust enough to cater larger organisations with the complexity required. The team at PerfectForms are very helpful and responsive. The professional services that are offered will address the specific business need or project through consultation with confidence a solution can be made.

The PerfectForms solution is by far the most intuitive and flexible BPM application on the market today. The application has enabled the automation of over 25 processes and counting. It seems like every other day my team is approached to automate another process!

No matter how superior the product, everyone needs support every now and then and the PerfectForms Support Team has been there for me each and every time I needed them.

After using Perfectforms to carry out a national survey we developed a number of forms to support HR and Finance functions:
HR - Staff holidays, Staff expenses, Absence recording, etc.
Finance - Invoice approval (original invoice attached to form), Request to raise a sales invoice, Purchase Order request, Request for payment, etc.
A side benefit has been a massive reduction in retaining paper copies of documents and the ease in finding previous forms using the report features.

An excellent programme that I thoroughly recommend - end-user needs a little bit of programming knowledge and a good logic mind.

I had explored many options for workflow management, but did not want to get burdened down with the expense and complexity of having to implement a large package Perfectforms' On Demand was the perfect solution for me. They take over the responsibilities of day to day operation of hardware and software.
We have been using Perfectforms for years now. We started with some simple forms for time off and attendance and expanded to extremely complex forms.
Perfectforms is very easy to use right out of the box. Online training is very good and the personal training was exceptional.

Been using Perfect Forms differently than just Forms, We've been using it as a manufacturing tool that helps our production dept log in and see how to build a job from start to finish. Perfect Forms allowed me to create work instructions with pictures and directions with ease, also was able to give me reports on how each job was doing. Creating custom pages and forms was essential for us, able to make it look like our logo templates was key. Great software, professional human and online tutorial support team, and easy online resource to deal with.
