Mostly a good service and good beers better than out of a can. Pick-up service by yodel for empties isn’t always available so be prepared to take empty kegs to a yodel pick up point in some areas.

My last order went a bit wrong

My last order went a bit wrong, ordered a Leffe Ruby and received a Leffe Blonde. However I got my money back so all is well. One thing I wish would be improved was more deals on the rarer beers not just your Stella's and popular beers.

Great beer Dispenser

Great beer Dispenser, I'm very pleased with the quality of the beer, the delivery is spot on, usually next day.

Beer is of pub quality the poor part of…

Beer is of pub quality the poor part of it is that the pulling of the pint isn’t I have worked in a number of different pubs and perfect draft is a little out of control as there is no flow adjuster on the tap other wise a great little machine

Could be better.

It's a nice machine, easy to use .
However it would be nice if the user could control the pump pressure.
1.5 bar is too high, at 3°C 0.9 to 1 bar would easily be good enough for highly carbonated beers like lager.

None existent customer service

None existent customer service - ticket 1449739.

Had a machine for 9 months and probably got through as many kegs. When replacing one there was a sudden smell of burning and the machine failed. Reported it to customer services chatbot on the 30/3/26 and heard virtually nothing since. After several emails they asked for all the details already provided to the chatbot. After another few emails from me they lied about trying to phone (I work at home - no missed calls and who phones and doesn't leave a voicemail?). Then they offered to have the machine collected. I provided a date for collection but received no confirmation and no one came to collect. That was on the 9/4. Heard nothing since.

The machine itself is okay. It's quite particular to pour a pint without a large head. Keg needs not only need to be perfect temperature but to have rested for hours and glass needs to be perfectly clean and dry. I've never washed and dried a glass between pints before. Machine itself is very noisy when repressurizing. Machine itself is pretty cheap (could be the problem) but kegs are way more expensive than supermarket fodder but probably has a slight taste advantage and its a novelty when friends are round.

Perfect draft pro

First I bought the Philips machine which was is very good then I read up on the pro machine.so I purchased the black version and wow,what a brilliant upgrade.the pro works off your WiFi and the rapid cool is amazing,best gadget I’ve purchased in a while and I still have the Phillips one for cider.

Great products,, poor delivery service, poor customer service,, I didn't get parcel,yodel delivery picture shows outside house,yet they say it's in front porch,, I don't have porch and the door is in view to main street,, yet customer services don't believe me or the picture

Terrible

It stated very well, but over the last few weeks I have returned 5 kegs across three returns and not received any refund on the keg, they are impossible to speak to and done respond to messages, I am not being told they have only revived one, which they still have not refunded the £5

Alls well that ends well.

Wanted to complete the follow up to my earlier rant (20/02/2026) regarding Perfect Draft's response to my faulty machine.
True to their word, an agent contacted me within a couple of days and proactively investigated and resolved the issue. I returned the faulty machine which was still under warranty (FOC) and a new machine was promptly sent. First class customer support from Hannah.
I must admit, that I didn't help the cause initially by submitting several tickets for the same job owing to my frustration.
All's well that ends well - great job Perfect Draft and thank you for making the resolution important to you.

The delivery was delayed by yodal as usual. Not a good delivery company but the order was perfect no problem with that. I can’t blame perfect draft for that.
