I have waited three weeks for my order…

I have waited three weeks for my order to arrive. It was supposed to be couple of days delivery. Not only two occasions where I would have needed the products, have gone alredy. There is also a Chrismas gift in the package and I have no believe what so ever that It’ll arrive before.. Customer Service is not respoding to messages so.. yeah! Great experience!

Terrible customer service

I was a relatively frequent buyer. I ordered about 30.- of products and forgot to pay the invoice. They didn’t send me any reminder despite having all my data and just relied on a credit company which charged me double the amount as a “Effort compensation”. Terrible customer service, never buying from this website again.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. We would like to clarify our payment reminder process to avoid any misunderstandings:

After the goods are delivered, the payment term is 20 days.
If payment is not received, a first reminder is sent via email after 20 days, with an additional 15-day deadline.
If there is still no response, we send a second reminder by post, again with a 15-day deadline.
If payment remains outstanding, a third and final postal reminder is issued, also with a 15-day grace period.

Only if these reminders are ignored, the case is handed over to a collection agency. The additional fees (referred to as "effort compensation") are in accordance with legal regulations and unfortunately cannot be avoided at that stage.

We regret that this situation has caused frustration. If you would like us to look into your case specifically, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service (shop@perfecthair.ch).

Excellent service

Delivery was fast, they even split the shipment in two parts so that I could get the available products immediately. That was a nice surprise as when I made the order online I knew one product was not available and I was ready to wait for all the products to be delivered at the same time.
