Poor customer service - Far From "Perfect"
l Ordered a car product however it did not work as it should I was sent damaged stock, the package was in poor condition a dusty old bottle with the label hanging off, it had been sitting somewhere for many years.which they would have known when they packed it. They would not allow me to return for replacement and closed my RMA request They said it was all my fault I was using it wrong. I have been using the same products for many many years obtained elsewhere which worked fine. Very arrogant and unhelpful,.don't know why they won't do the right thing and accept a return and replacement. it took ages using another product to correct the issue that was produced, I have purchased from them several times before but never again, they take no responsibility for what they sold me, Left with a useless product, wasted my time and money .
Perfectly cleaned out my wallet.
They also blocked me from making any further purchases!!
It's not my fault they sent me an out of date defective product.
Am I supposed to accept out of date goods, and loose my money?
**Update - I returned the item to the manufacturer who confirmed it was well past it's shelf life (I have the emails to prove it). Out of goodwill they replaced it.for me**

Sorry to learn of your issue, you initially advised us that you were unhappy with the Meguiars Wax as supplied.
Full resolution was offered, the ability to return the item directly to Meguiars for assessment, and replacement, was provided. We had also offered to cover return postage in the event Meguiars confirmed a technical issue with the product.
