I asked for a few revisions and they were able to update and it turned out perfect. Communication and timing of the portrait was excellent and I received just in time for Christmas. When I first made my purchase I forgot to include the photo attachment and she reached out so I could send it in. I was sent a draft which looked great but I wanted some more details added in which she kindly did! She was so patient with me every time I asked if something could be added or changed until I was happy with my final result. All of the edits came back timely and quick within a few hours so I definitely would recommend to others! Can't wait to buy again!

Absolutely love!! Not only was the picture EXACTLY what I had in mind, but the process and turn around time was wonderful too. I was worried about my original picture not working but Mel was quick with her response in letting me know that she’d be able to make it work! And then it was done so much faster than I expected!!
