I paid £9 for delivery of a pair of expensive trousers. They looked great in the pictures but upon trying them on they are ill fitted (pockets are sticking out and they are all Bunche up). The company charges a whopping £15 for returns as well! They are not allowing people to try on their stuff and get a proper honest refund
