The product Performance Health sent did not match the description or photograph. When I complained they sent the same thing again, they are now saying the product is correct. They only have to compare it to the photograph to see it is not what I ordered. They have failed to ring me back or email. Not impressed at all.
I ordered some goods from them to the tune of over £125 and several weeks later have not received them, so queried with them when would it be arriving. They acknowledged receipt of my email and said they would respond in 24 hrs, 3 days later I still had not heard back, so I sent another email they asked for my account number, I re sent the order acknowledgement from them, I got no response so I asked for cancellation and refund, their response was to ignore me. I checked with CC company and found they had quickly put the payment through the day after I chased it. So looks like they forgot my order, then quickly charged me but still no goods. In the process of dispute with this company. Do not touch - was Patterson Medical and they were excellent, unfortunately gone down pan. Latest update threatened them with small claims Ihave been given full refund.
