Headlights order arrived on time and looks great on my truck. Was a bit weary about some reviews here, but all is good.

Order #32302 did not arrive. I never got a refund on this order.

You're assuming that it was a different credit card provider. The only difference between the CC used for the order and any refund attempt months later on the CC was the CC number.

By the time you tried to complete any refund, the original CC card number had been eliminated then replaced with a new number by the same CC provider. They have no record of any refund.

Do you have a record of the refund date? How do I get a refund?

Place is a God damn joke ordered headlights an the have never came. Iv called an emailed no reply order # is 32090. I would give no stares if I could. I would recommend not dealing with them.

Order #32216 It's been since May 2022 when I ordered my headlights and I still have not received them please let me know what's going on thank you.

I’ve been trying to get back 203.30 back for headlights that never came in it’s been almost a year and the bank didn’t want refund the money because the evidence wasn’t clear.

Ordered running boards on June 17,2022 cost $432. Still never received my order and after 100 phone calls and 20 emails still no response from Performance Parts . Order # 32875. Avoid these scam artists 100% scammers. No refund and still no running boards so i guess all orders weren’t refunded or sent out !!!

Ordered Fender Flares for my F-150 in August. The flares arrived today, took 2 hours to install and the truck looks much better as it hid the rust. Great experience, No issues. The only drawback is the long wait to receive the product.

Place order May 21. Got an email to confirm order and another to say it’s waiting shipment. Never received. No updates no response. Nothing. No product. Is this a scam. Please refund. Order number 32256 for a truck mirror. On June 17 company wrote on this site it would take 3 to 4 weeks.

where is my refund from june 2 order # 32502 for $402.07 it is now sept 19 scammers!

Avoid this seller! Customer service is non existent. They would have scammed me for over $600.00 Cdn if not for Visa. I used them because they claim to be Canadian. Shame on them.

US$197.90 was paid by credit card instantly... 166 days and not a peep. They don't answer calls or return messages. Awful way to do business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I wish negative stars was a rating option.

Call and email before you order and see if they ever reply/answer. Bet they do not. One star is too high.

How convenient that my order was going to ship this morning but was cancelled due to my bank taking back the $$ this past Friday - after 8 WEEKS of waiting.
At least with this review, they answered with a BS response. See my post from last week.

This company did not reply to over a dozen emails and never answers the phone (dozens of attempts) number listed. There is a new phone number now that also goes unanswered.
