Customer service thus far has been non existent. I understand that things get busy some days, but we would just really like a response to our inquiries regarding shipping. Have sent numerous emails to aub.1982 which was given during purchase confirmation. Have also called and left voicemails for 'Sam' with no response.

Would still really love to receive the Headers, but would like an ETA if possible. Would also really love to come back and leave a 5 Star review!

Non responsive

Order #31775- Ordered taillights from them on May 1st, it’s now the 27th. This would be fine if I had a tracking number or any sort of updates however the last update I received was May 2nd when they sent me an email saying “Order has been updated/status has changed to awaiting shipment”. I work in package fulfillment myself and I’m aware and understanding of complications that can happen in the process of shipment. However to have a non responsive email and phone number for your customer service is ridiculous. Because no one wants to respond back to me about my order status I would like a refund as soon as possible, thanks.

Still waiting on order 32117

Still waiting on order 32117. Said it was shipped, and 2 weeks ago changed to awaiting shipment. Many emails and messages for Sam, and no answer. Want to cancel, but noone will answer. Worst customer service ever.
Day after I posted this, they returned my money. Why not answer a phone call or email?

Update needed asap

Hi Performance1, I have been calling and leaving voicemails with no response. I would like an update on order #32082 as I believe it is in stock.
Last message from you all was "awaiting shipment".
It would be nice if you all answered your phones or email your customers back. Customer service seems better if done in person from what I am realizing from reading reviews.

Took about a month to get my parts

Took about a month to get my parts, was worried after reading some reviews here. I got my headers for my F150 Today. All is good, parts look great. Looks like its either a US company or dropshipping.

#31984, ordered over 2 weeks ago. No tracking was given, order stuck on "waiting for shipment" Tried calling numerous time with no answer. Got an email saying it will take 2 weeks to receive. Were nearing 3 weeks now. Be careful ordering from them. It should not be taking this long to receive auto parts

Lack of response

Ordered some Ram tow mirrors. When they did arrive one of the signal lens covers was broken. Contacted a representative and sent pictures. Now I am unable to get a response via text or phone messages left. Poor customer service. The price was good on the mirrors.

I walked in to get some Ford F-150…

I walked in to get some Ford F-150 parts and Sam took care of me. He made me feel welcome and gave me the best price he could. Do your shopping around then go to Sam. I got $500 worth of parts for $129.95! Now that is savings! Trust me, in this world, as you may know, it's not how much you make, it's how much you save. All parts went in and are working fine. THANKS SAM! See you again.
