Fast shipping
Fast shipping, which was a very convenient thing because I had just run out of the cologne I was using. But the only thing I didn't like was how i didnt get any samples of any other colognes

Wrong size bottle sent but resolved
I ordered a 100ml size bottle of a certain fragrance and unfortunately received only a 10ml size bottle. Not sure how this happened since the listing clearly stated a 100ml size bottle. I did contact perfumegiants and they did say that they would send me a full refund. So customer service was fast and as soon they send a full refund I will be upping the star rating.
Update: PerfumeGiant gave me a full refund for this. Their response was fast, and they handled the issue quickly. I’m updating my rating to 4 stars because of their quick response in resolving the issue. Even though I received the wrong item, it was shipped quickly, and they made things right by issuing a full refund. I will be shopping with them again.

We’re sorry for the confusion, Sarah. The item was mistakenly listed without clearly indicating that it does not come with the original perfume box. We apologize for the oversight and have credited your order with the appropriate amount.
Thank you as well for taking the time to leave us a review and for bringing this to our attention
